What we collect on this site, and why

This notice covers campaign.ditagtech.com — the campaign and offer pages run by DIT AgTech. It explains what happens to the details you enter into a form here.

Our apps, uDose Controller and uHub, are covered separately by the Privacy Policy – Mobile Apps. This page is about the campaign website only.

What we collect

Details you give us

When you fill in an enquiry form on this site, we collect what you enter:

Only your name is required, along with at least one way to reply to you. Everything else is optional and the form works without it.

Details collected automatically

When a form is submitted we also record which campaign page it came from, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string. The last two are kept so we can tell a genuine enquiry from automated form spam.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry. Someone from our team uses these details to contact you about the product or offer you asked about, and to answer your questions.

We do not sell your details, and we do not give them to anyone else for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to receive and store enquiries. They handle this information on our behalf, and some store it outside Australia:

WhoWhat for
n8n
on our own server
Receives the form submission and checks it
Google
Sheets and BigQuery
Stores the enquiry so our team can act on it and report on it

Analytics and session recording

Analytics is currently switched off on this site. Nothing below is running yet. We are publishing it now so it is clear what we intend to use, and we will update the date at the bottom of this page when it is enabled.

When we do turn it on, we plan to use:

These services set cookies and receive information about your visit, including your IP address. We never send them your name, email address or phone number.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we have a business reason to — to follow up, to service an ongoing relationship, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Seeing what we hold, or asking us to delete it

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it:

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect, or who handles it, we will update this page and the date below.
